EXCLUSIVE: England Boss Fabio Capello Would Be Excellent For Inter - Walter Novellino
Former Sampdoria and Torino coach Walter Novellino has told
Goal.com that Fabio Capello would be the perfect replacement for
Jose Mourinho at
Inter.
The Nerazzurri are standing by as they wait for news over Capello's future with England. Recent indications from the UK suggest he will be staying with the Three Lions beyond the World Cup.
But Novellino believes he is the only coach that would offer a close match to Mourinho's credentials at
San Siro.
"In terms of Mourinho's successor, I would say that Capello would be the excellent choice, but he has other things to think about," Novellino told
Goal.com.
"Capello will focus on the World Cup, and I don't know if
Massimo Moratti would be able to wait until after the tournament to wait for his decision.
