Ja imam jedan problemčič. Kad hoču podpisati sa novim trenerom (npr. first team coach) i sve poriktam i accept-am ponudu onda bi blokiraju transfer i kažu kao da klub ne treba još novog trenera. A nemam nijednog first team coacha.
More li ko pomoči? Mauro gde si dobio ovu pozadinu za managera?

Imam 8 scoutova, 5 physio, 7 youth coacha, 1 fitness, 1 GK Coach, 3 coacha
Možda je malo previše youth coacha, scouta, physio i coacha Ja sam manager a ne first team coach

 quaresma ima jedna caka : kad nudiš ugovor nekom treneru i piše ti the club will let you have a max of xx coaches tako nešto ne znam točno e sad ako si već popunio tu brojku onda možeš svom asistentu ponudit ugovor da bude coach i tako dobiješ coacha a mjesto za asistenta ostaje prazno e sad možeš bez problema uzet nekog kao assistant manager jer kad ga nemaš klub ti ne gleda broj trenera, i tako možeš ponavljat istu stvar kolko god puta želiš, samo moraš bit siguran da tipa kojeg uzmeš kao asistenta će kasnije prihvatit tvoju ponudu da bude samo coach, zato tražiš tipove koji su baš ''coach'' a ne assistant manager jer oni kasnije ne prihvaćaju ponudu da budu samo ''coach'' ne znam je li ti jasno...
