Pa zato se zove "sporazumni raskid" jer će obe stranke malo kompromisa dati, u ovom slučaju bi se igrač odrekao dijela plati. Naravno ako se uspiju dogovorit, a ako je igrač smrad onda neće i u tom slučaju bi ga kaznili da igra sa B timom.
