MANCHESTER CITY are ready to sign hot Chilean attacker Alexis Sanchez in a stunning £24 million deal – their first big capture for NEXT season.
Supremo Brian Marwood has been to Italy twice in the past couple of weeks to tie up a move for the exciting South American who has been starring for Udinese in Serie A.
Ambitious City will go higher and insiders in the deal claim is “closer than close” to being agreed as Udinese admit that a sale will happen – but will try to push the price up to £30 million.
City are confident they can land Sanchez for £24 million and offer him a deal that no other club can match.
